1. The purpose of this document.

The purpose of this document is to emphasize the special importance we attache to the protection of privacy of GALA S.A.’ users.

2. What kind of data are we talking about.

It is all about personal data, which is collected while you use our website and its functionalities, including those that saved in cookies, and also technical data, such as: IP number, operating system type, browser type, what pages on our server have been visited.
Personal data collected by the security guards during entering at company’s premises (name, surname, registration number, purpose of the visit). GALA S.A. cares for the rights of persons whose data it processes, with particular emphasis on the right to the privacy protection, including the protection of personal data. Furthermore, GALA S.A. tries to collect as little data as possible about customers and contractors, including website users.

Communication between your computer and our server, when we collect your personal data, is encrypted by using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Additionally, our databases are protected against access by third parties.

5. For what purpose we process your data.

Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator only for the following purposes:

  • Contract conclusion and its implementation;
  • E-mail correspondence and inquiries addressed to GALA S.A.;
  • Sending Newsletters and (with prior consent) messages containing commercial information;
  • Marketing of entities cooperating with the Administrator (with prior consent);
  • Adjusting the content of our website to better suit your interests;
  • Taking measurements that allow us to improve our services.

Data collected during registration.
In order to be able to use some of the functions of our system, you will have to register. During registration, we will ask you for your e-mail address and the password that you will use on our website. Each processing of your personal data must be based on an appropriate legal basis in accordance with applicable regulations. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purpose of providing services is the necessity to perform contracts (these contracts are usually regulations or similar documents available in the services you use). Furthermore, the legal basis for adjusting the content of services to your interests, ensuring their security and measuring and improving them, as well as GALA S.A.’ own marketing, is the so-called legitimate interest of the administrator.
